I offer a free 15-minute consultations where you can share what you’re seeking support with, and I can tell you more about my practice and approach.

At the end of the consultation, if you decide you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full intake appointment to begin therapy.

2. Complete Your Intake Forms

After scheduling, you’ll receive secure digital intake forms that take about ten minutes to complete. These forms help tailor your first session to your goals and background.

You can include any details about what brings you to therapy or previous experiences with Talk Therapy, EMDR or Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

4. Continue at a Comfortable Pace

Therapy is a collaborative process. We’ll decide together how often to meet—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—based on your goals and what feels sustainable.

Over time, clients often notice more clarity, confidence, and connection in everyday life.

3. Meet for Your First Session

Your first session focuses on understanding your story—what’s been difficult, what you’d like to change, and how we can work together toward meaningful growth.

We’ll explore patterns related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or identity challenges, and discuss whether EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy, or other integrative methods are the right fit.

5. Payment & Insurance

Session fees and insurance information are available on the [Fees & Insurance] page.

I accept Washington-based insurance and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
