I am so deeply honored to be a part of your journey.

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and validated, especially when navigating the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating lasting change by fostering resilience and confidence. Whether you're facing the challenges of PTSD, social anxiety, or burnout, I am here to help you process trauma, uncover unhealthy patterns, and let go of what no longer serves you.

With a basis in Neuroscience, my practice is tailored to support your unique journey. Together, we’ll integrate mind, body, and breath to help you reconnect with yourself. My goal is to empower your healing and help you build a stronger sense of self-worth.
